Adolescent Pregnant Mother's Health Seeking Practice Using Whatsapp During Covid-19 Pandemic In Indonesia: A Qualitative Analysis Of An Open-Ended Questionnaire Among Pregnant Adolescents

Adolescents pregnant mothers can potentially have a problem related to their immature physics and psychology. Their health-care-seeking practice is essential ensure that adolescent receive adequate care during pregnancy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, online media should be perceived as an alternative way help adolescents seek This study aimed explore experiences of who had practiced health-care seeking followed counseling using WhatsApp groups. qualitative survey recruited 16 Indonesian aged 15-19 counseling. An open-ended questionnaire was used collect data, which were analyzed thematic content analysis. There three themes care-seeking practices groups: experience, benefits, advice hope. The experience sub-theme: present experiences, previous hindering factors. benefits sub-themes: Group WhastApp. hopes advices were: no advice, polite, consistent, patient, duplicated by others. Adolescent good in practicing They more enthusiastic about following process found beneficial information solution regarding findings show providing groups for could benefit them.
